VICTORIAN DELIVERIES
For deliveries within Victoria, the cost is $9.95 including GST. If your
order is placed before 11am, your gift will be delivered the same afternoon
to Melbourne Metropolitan Suburbs. These suburbs are within a 10km radius
from the CBD. For orders placed after 11am or outside the 10km CBD radius,
your gift will be delivered the next business day. This includes deliveries
to rural Victoria.
All gift deliveries are made from Monday to Friday and gifts are not
delivered on Weekends or Public Holidays.
ALL INTERSTATE DELIVERIES
Bockers & Pony are proud to deliver gifts Australia wide with a courier
providing excellent track and trace ability, amazing customer service and an
efficient delivery record. The cost for an individual gift delivery is
$14.95 including GST. If your order is placed before 11am, most gifts will
be delivered on the next business day to capital cities such as Sydney,
Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Adelaide, and Perth within Australia.
If your gift is large in size or your order contains multiple cartons,
please allow 2 days for delivery to Tasmania, 3 days to Queensland, 3 days
to Western Australia and 5 Days to Far North Queensland and Northern
Territory. Overnight deliveries are generally made to New South Wales, South
Australia and ACT. Please allow 1-5 days for delivery depending on the
destination state and the size of the gift delivery.
Please place your order early to avoid any disappointment and to give us the
perfect opportunity to make sure that your gift arrives on your preferred
delivery date.
All of our gifts are delivered with a reliable and efficient courier
service. Please consider this when providing the delivery address for your
gift. If a PO Box delivery address is provided, we are unable to use our
courier and the subsequent delivery times may be longer than stated above.
Parcels to PO Boxes can only be sent with Australia Post.
Providing a corporate address for delivery is always 100% reliable. If you
are organising the gift to be delivered to a residential address, please
provide the recipients telephone number and an indication as to whether the
parcel will be safe to leave if the recipient is not at home.
MULTIPLE DELIVERIES
When ordering online and sending multiple gift deliveries to the same
address, $5.00 including GST will be added to the delivery charge for each
extra parcel.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
Bockers & Pony are unable to guarantee preferred delivery dates during
the last 2 weeks of December. We generally require a little more time to be
able to process orders and have them delivered with our courier. Please
order early to avoid any disappointment! If you are concerned about a

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International deliveries can only be organised with prior consultation with
Bockers & Pony. This is due to the complexity of customs regulations and
freight charge variations sending parcels around the globe. Bockers &
Pony will continue to send gifts overseas for current corporate clients with
an existing relationship.
MAKING AN ORDER
Placement of an order constitutes entering into the terms and conditions set
out in this section. Bockers & Pony will confirm your order by email.
You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed and an
electronic invoice. Bockers & Pony reserve the right to substitute a
product temporarily not available for a product of equal or greater, quality
and cost. This includes packaging and ribbon. Bockers & Pony's agreement
with you comes into existence once Bockers & Pony has confirmed your
order and your payment has been processed. Orders will not be dispatched
until payment in full has been received.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Bockers & Pony
immediately on 1300 132 663. Once payment for an order has been accepted,
cancellation is at the discretion of Bockers & Pony.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery
process, please call Bockers & Pony to organise for the gift to be
returned and a replacement organised.
SALE OF LIQUOR
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a
person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years
to purchase or receive liquor. For all gifts with alcohol included, please
ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive
the delivery.
SECURITY
Bockers & Pony believe that the responsible use of personal information
collected on our website is critical to our reputation and resultant
success. We want you to shop online at Bockers & Pony with complete
confidence. We have therefore created the following security system for our
customers:
Bockers & Pony has chosen PayPal as their payment gateway partner.
Our payment processing system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology -
the industry standard for encryption technology. SSL is the system that is
used by all reputable e-commerce sites. SSL technology is compatible with
most browsers. SSL encrypts all information (e.g. your credit card number)
passed from your browser to our payment gateway, making it almost impossible
to be intercepted by an unauthorised party, as long as your browser and
local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
In order to maintain security of this information, credit card details
will not be stored on our servers, but only used on an individual
transaction basis (i.e., customers enter their credit-card details each time
they order). Bockers & Pony will not have access to credit card details
entered on the web.
